Blogging... Starting Today

Hmmm. Why have I never blogged?

  • I subscribe to the blogs I read or "keep up with." I use Bloglines and Google Reader. (Every blog I subscribe to is in my bloglines account, since I have a "sub to bloglines" toolbar button. It's rather electic.)
  • I started reading and following blogs about four years ago and read them for fun, professional development, and just to learn new things.
  • I subscribe to many more than I read on a regular basis. But, every now and then, I take the time to look through them all.
  • Occasionally, I weed my blog subscriptions.
  • I read some and scan others.
  • I follow links and recommendations in blogs and then, subscribe to others.
  • And, I keep some marked to read later.

I enjoy following bloggers, but I have never blogged. I don't know that I have anything worthwhile to "add to the conversation." So, I'm going to use this blog to keep track of interesting things.
