What Am I Doing Today?
Explaining Social Media
Not everyone has embraced social media. So, today I am going to explain to a member of my family what it is.
Explaining it's appeal and why it has been embraced so wholeheartedly by the masses nay be harder.
This family member is beginning her lesson with Twitter.
She just took a look at my twitter account and said "You mean 508 people want to know what You Think or Say-- I don't mean any offense, but it's not like you're John Grisham or Walter Cronkite. I just think that is pretty remarkable. I don't mean that in a bad way. These are people who don't even know you?!?"
So begins the lesson.
